VMOBILE BUSINESS IS A LADDER

According to what Thesaurus define "ladder"? Ladder means steps, stepladder (noun), another meaning hierarchy (noun), ranking and tree. In my previous blog posted title "Climbing To Our Success" mentioned more about how to survive and achieve our goal in life in time of storm, mentioned also guides how to elevate and go on and on in our life until success or goal will be prevailed. Is there any connection this topic to VMOBILE?

Here are my ideas about this:

From the meaning itself of ladder I can create more and more ideas related to VMOBILE BUSINESS.

Ladder means STEPS - it is a strong and hard that useful for common people, like VMOBILE it is strong, firm and wider networks that can be used by others to educate, uplight, elevate, help others amd make abundance themselves.

Ladder means STEPLADDER - I remember in our province the stepladder using was a strong pole of bamboo that can be transferred from one place to another to get the desired things in high position or place. Imagine VMOBILE with the same principle transferring ideas from one person to another in order to obtain the end purpose and put ourselves in one place that others recognize.

Ladder means HIERARCHY - wow did you think what I'm thinking? If we say hierarchy meaning position from higher down to lower or vise versa, am I right? That's why VMOBILE having structure from Upline to the aspiring members. It refers to VMOBILE structure helping each other, educate others in order to serve common purpose and mission.

Ladder means RANKING - delegation of position with corresponding responsibility which is synonyms with VMOBILE, each position, level are having own responsibility to accomplish common goal.

Ladder means TREE - tree are having many branches, leaves and fruits (bearing fruits) but few trees are not bearing fruits only branches and leaves. I categorized VMOBILE is a tree with strong branches (structure and networks), many leaves (talented, experienced, responsible uplines) and sweet fruits (meaning end result of being abundance and wealthy views in the near future). This is my own word and ideas how described VMOBILE.... now

OUR ACTION: SLOWLY BUT SURELY

What is the advantage of this saying "slowly but surely"? Here you can prove that every move, every action and every try are surely hit the gold. In business our principle should be like this don't be hurry if you don't know what to do? It's very important not to let yourself get overwhelmed by trying to learn everything in a few days or weeks. Stop. Relax. And remember that anything worthwhile in life takes time and effort. All the stuff that looks overwhelming to you right now - is really just tools and resources to help you with dreaming, educate and success.

So... take your time. Learn a little bit everyday. Over the next few days, weeks, everything will begin to make sense and you will be deligthted that you have so many powerful tools to build your dreams with. Indeed, the reason VMOBILE is so successful is because it has real substance - with more than years behind it and literally millions invested into building its system and infrastructure. Rejoice that our community is rock solid and you have such ample resources at your disposal.

Climbing Our Success In VMobile Business

When I was started working in different companies abroad always my expertise was behind at me might be because those jobs were out of my line. I mean to say the works were not suited in my line of education. But some says it was my lucky because I always cope up my work as company satisfaction. Like other says: life will go on. Here are some of my point of views about online business might be additional information and help for us.

GOAL – Sorry, I don't have time to go out and no internet, no money and busy, end-less reasons. But even those people saying that having own goal. Yes that's right goal is for every people but sometimes that goal doesn't materialize why because no more try, no determination, no action to make and no got’. That's why business (VMobile) is offering a tremendous system and effort how individual can realize importance of goal. Ask yourself – what is goal? From there you can act accordingly

FOCUS – This word I first used in my follow-up email to my team, since then I realize can be used as our instrument to go on. As I said above goal is the first then to that goal you need is to focus on that goal. It sounds familiar right? Yes, not only me using this but might be everybody. Even in the word or God say: focus unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith. What I mean is we must focus in our goal if you want to get the good end result.

HINDRANCES – This life is full of struggle in all aspect of our life. But if you know the possible barriers in your way meaning you are aware of any kinds of obstacle you will consider hindrances are normal part of life. Don’t these things be the wall in your way just focus the goal. Like in this kind of business journey a lot of hard work and lots of hindrances to be expected but again I said treat hindrances are part of this business and we must overcome it.

OVER-COMER – If you overcome anything in your life whether it is small or big, whether it is problem or failure smile in your face will be shining. That’s right being over-comer in what discussed above the end result is yours. But if you failed and you stop there one thing for sure success is too far to achieve. Meaning being over-comer you must have determination to continue what ever happened in the way..

FULFILLMENT – Since we are little boy/girl fulfillment will be good achievement. But in business without failure you can not consider a great fulfillment. What do I mean? We must have a goal, then in that goal we must focus on it. Expect some hindrances on the way then you must face and be an over-comer to a result of fulfillment, because you exert effort, hard work and time to fulfill certain goal. If you want a good opportunity in your future invest your little time to VMobile vision and purpose.

HOW TO START YOUR DREAM WITH VMOBILE?

A. FOCUS ON YOUR DREAMS

1. Have a big dream - Your dream should be big enough to INSPIRE you to overcome all the trials and pains in doing this business. Freedom is NOT FREE. You have to pay the price for your freedom. You may need to give up something good for a better one, for a better you. You may encounter temporary sufferings in your journey but at the end will be overjoyed by permanent happiness. Surely, when you get your freedom it is WORTH PAYING FOR.

2. Cultivate and Grow your dream. How ? By trying to be specific to your dreams. You can visualize, picture and smell it. Example 1. Travel - Where do you want to travel ? like in Disneyland. What do you want to do in Disneyland ? go rides, picture taking and the likes. Example 2. If you want a car what brand and
what color do you like. Be specific. Dig it
until you can feel it.

3. Protect your dreams. Identify your demotivators. It can be a person (your boss, co-emplooyees, friends, even your loveones, or other people you may encounter in the business, etc.), an occasion, your personality, lack of time, lack of resources, limitation of system, and a lot more. You cannot control these things since they will always come to you. You cannot control these things but you can control yourself. When they come to you don't be drowned by these
demotivators. They will sow and put fear into your heart. But Focus and hold on to your dreams. Your dreams should be big enough to neutralize your demotivators. When they come to you always overcome evil with good.

B. SET A WELL BALANCE PRIORITY.

Program your time schedule. How you used your time before will determine why you are
rich now or why you will become rich later on. On the contrary, the opposite of that one is also true. Note also that you may need to give up something to get a better one. Sometimes you
need to let go of something to get a better one.

C. ACQUIRE KNOWLEDGE

Knowledge can come from your upline/coach. It is difficult to do this business without a coach. It's like playing a basketball without a coach or training boxing without a trainor. You can also learn from mlm websites and other reading mlm / networking business materials .

D. GO TO THE FIELD

You can use social networkings site like Facebook for invitation but it is more powerful to
see them personally. Networking business is a relationship business. Don't make it a habit to lock up or confine yourself in your home unless you have reason beyond your control. Try to attend social gatherings (like birthday parties or the like), join organizations or attend seminars where you can MEET MORE PEOPLE.

Why you need to go out ? Because you will learn a lot in the field. This business is an on the job training (OJT). What you learn in theory will be magnified/refined and come alive when you go out in the field. What you read, heard, watched, etc. will be completed once you see the whole picture in the field. Experience is still the best teacher. The more you apply it, the more you master the skill of doing it.

E. LOOK FOR THE RIGHT PEOPLE

As endorser or messenger of information, we only equip people to have the right information they need to make correct decision. If despite receiving the right information, they still do not want to use the information we provided them, then that's their choice. WE NEVER CONVINCE
PEOPLE in networking business. Many people find themselves rejected and wounded to the point that they quit the business. Why ? Because they insist themselves on the wrong people. You must sort/filter your prospect. Learn to qualify and disqualify your prospects. Look for people who both NEED and WANT VMOBILE. Do not waste effort on people who say they
need VMOBILE but do not want to do it. Concentrate on people who need and want to do VMOBILE.

F. MAKE IT A LIFESTYLE TO SET YOURSELF AS AN EXAMPLE

Make it a LIFESTYLE to set yourself as an EXAMPLE. A leader leads. A leader sets an example to his follower. You attract people like you. Your group/team personality/performance will reflect who you are. If you have consistent high momentum your group also will have the same high momentum as you are. Even if you are the only one left because all your old embers became cold and decided not to continue the business just move on. New members will come. In networking business environment, we must expect in advance that some will join and some will not join, some will stay in the business and some will not stay. What matter is, as long as you make it a lifestyle to make yourself a very good example to your group you will be able to produce good leaders in your group.
